Anyone have any basic advice on re-marking the tiny diodes, because the cathode/ anode indicator keeps rubbing off easily?

It is probably because of a lack of context with regards to what I was using maybe. The diodes in question are 1n4007. They do rub off, quite easily. I notice now that I did not mention what they were. It is also use of prototype boards. I noticed some comments relating to desoldering, which implies the lack of context. They were not soldered, but used on a prototype board.

I am using a paint-pen for them, which may not be ideal, but I will see what happens with further use.

Seems to be some odd comments on this thread, about someone impersonating me, but I see little detail regarding that. I will go with Profile - pert - Arduino Forum, and just let admin deal with anything that might seem an infraction.

Apologies to anyone that I got annoyed with in other threads. I was just in a bad mood I guess. I will be nicer in future
