Fellow Arduino Enthusiasts,
I have slowly been evolving through the Arduino technical landscape for the past couple years without giving too much thought about local groups or meet-ups.
But now that the specter of COVID is slowly dissipating from the area, and there are so many new, powerful Arduino capable devices (STM32, ESP32, etc), I have begun to wonder about whether there are any local Arduino enthusiast groups in this region (Southwestern Ohio). I've found the AUG pages, but they say they are inactive right now, nor did I see any indications of anything local happening.
Watching video's on YouTube is interesting, but it only takes you so far... anything beyond 'hello world' or a blinky, they fall short.
My experience with Associations and such is that they are a powerful way to get more out of a topic area, and if the group is diverse enough, it can even open doors for career progression, or at least to get a benchmark where your area is in the food chain.
So, if you are interested in being part of some kind of local group meet-up or other involvement, or if you know of any groups active in this area, I would love to hear about them.
