All of my sketches on all of my things have been deleted. Things are running fine but went in to edit a few things and all of my sketches are gone .

I have a free account and that works fine on the same PC. The ENTRY account says all sketches are deleted, I thought it would be more reliable. I have a demo on Monday, any help appreciated.

going to find another provider it has been 24 hours and no response or fixies
all my request via there worthless help system has no results .
going to find a service that works ... two days before my subscription renews so going to cancel with them and look elsewhere or develop my own system to fit the needs I have .
good luck getting to to help or fix the problem . at lest you are on the free service .. what a way to get people to subscribe , provide a worthless system on line .

yes of course but even with back ups I can not update anything thing as I use online variables which will not update.
You can not do anything for the last 48 hours to update my devices.
still down , and no hope in site and no help from tech support . Ive lost everything and can not even local edit a sketch as there is no way to update on line variables. Some of my devices depend on over the air updates and I have not been able to reach them '
It's like they just turned everything off . I go through PayPal and put in a complaint about not providing the service I am paying for .
At least PayPal is refunding everything I have paid since joing the terrible service . Now just looking around for other options

I understand this is a frustrating situation, but adding irrelevant comments to the topics of people who are having other problems with Arduino Cloud is not helpful.

Provide names of the sketch that disappeared, details of your Arduino account (username or mail), if you can write from the same account that is even better for us and if you can provide the date as well that would be great.

I have used the form, and they asked me for a screen recording, which I sent two days before. I have not received any update until now.
All my sketches are deleted from my ENTRY PLAN, and I can't add any new devices as well. Surprisingly my free plan (different user name) from the same computer works fine without any issues.
Could you please update at the earliest as I have demos, If nothing works, I have to find an alternate solution.
