Anyway to get GPS coordinates Indoor

My device will have GPS/BT/WiFI and may be GSM... is there anyway to track the location indoors?

You can get a better antenna to improve things but the construction of some buildings makes it impossible. Look up Fariday cage.

Lets say the tracking device is connected through WiFi to my cell phone's WiFi hotspot then is there anything that can de done to track?

A GSM module may have the ability to triangulate like "find my iphone' but I'm not sure if the current GSM libraries support that kind of capability.
