Hello all. I have just joined the community and it looks like this is a great place to find guidance for projects.
I have a project that I am looking to control carbonated fluids that are around 35 psi. What I am looking to accomplish is a routing system to control which liquid will come out of the spout. [Diagram 1]
I have found individual solenoid valves, but that doesn't quite accomplish what I am looking for. I need something that I can feed all of the lines into and then send a command to determine which valve opens and lets the fluid through.
With further investigation, I found that I may be able to set up a series of ball valves/3 way solenoid valves to accomplish what I am after, but I am unsure which would be appropriate and able to be controlled by an arduino. [Diagram 2]
Not sure what I'm missing here, but I don't get what's wrong with simple solenoid valves, and after that connecting all hoses together until you have a single hose. A bit like you have in your first image (posted inline below for convenience).
