Aquarium led light with arduino controler!!

Hi! I want costum led light 100w.
The fitting will have on the controller arduino
in the controller I want to do the dimmable the led system has to sunrise and sunset.

That dimmer..:
I guess that the 10K pot can be replaced with a digital pot... which a microcontroller can control.
iow: It is possible to control all that light with the arduino.

ADDED:
The current through the pot shouldnt exceed 2mA. If no datasheet is available for the dimmer, one must do some measurements to ensure that it van be replaced by the digital pot
