I have designed a shield that utilizes the CapSense library developed by Paul Badger. Check it out at:

It can be used as a CapSense board with eight button inputs or a slider. It has eight TTL outputs and eight LEDs each corresponding to each input. It also has an audio jack so you can plug in your headphones and play some tunes.
