ArduIMU V3 reading Acc & Gyro data

Hello Dear,

I just got one ArduIMU V3 and done configuration based on the help provided in Google Code Archive - Long-term storage for Google Code Project Hosting.

I am using ArduIMU_1.9.8.zip

I need to read Gyro. and Acc. data which are becoming complex for me. Could you please help me by providing some hints to change the code to get my necessary data values.

I am getting the following outputs from Serial_Monitor. How can I get the explanation of the format. Could you please provide some documentation link. It will be very helpful for me.
