Hi all, working on a project and i am at the pcb stage. I have the arduino mega pcb which would be fine if i was to buy a mega pre soldering and solder it onto the board. I dont want to do this. I want to be able to click it in and out of the pcb using male female connections. If i was to use the pcb i have now when it comes to the finsihed product i will have to flip the mega over tow hich the pins will no align. Any ideas or pcbs already created to do this?
You can buy clones without the headers installed.
You can buy what is generally referred to as a Mega Pro or atMega2560 Pro, those are smaller and often come without the headers soldered on.
Much harder to find is an atMega2560 breakout board without the USB-to-serial chip.
