Sure. I try to send out advance warning of changes (far more than 2 days ahead of time), but it's hard to include every single thing that's changed. That's why I provide pre-releases: if you want to make sure there aren't any changes that break your library (or the documentation or whatever), it's best to try it against the actual software, since it has all the changes.
