Hello,
I have strange issue with my IDE (1.0.5) and I haven't found reasonable explanation for the issues of such. Google didn't help either.
Well, I'm running Arduino 1.0.5 and 1.5.2 on my MBP OSX 10.8.4.
The issue is related to many libraries which I've attempted to import via Sketch/Import library.../ Add library... And the libraries are located in Documents/Arduino/libraries. After importing the libraries Arduino reports successful operation.
When I include the library (for example EtherCard) in my sketch, all 3 of the included libraries show up in black font;
#include <enc28j60.h>
#include <EtherCard.h>
#include <net.h>
If I'd include a #include <Wire.h> library for example it would change the color of Wire to orange.
I've tried to manually place the library in the libraries folder but it has resulted in the same way.
There are no error messages when I compile the sketch. The sketch obviously doesn't run what it was supposed to do.
I've restarted IDE every time after a library would be imported. I've tried to log in as a different user and I've had the same issue. I've tried to use another MBP running exactly the same OSX and I had the same issue. I've tried to delete Arduino 1.0.5 and I've downloaded "fresh" copy but it didn't help.
So, If I run a library which was originally included in the IDE it does work fine, but if I try to use something that I've imported i have issues with it.
Typical example is Ethernet library where only 3 libraries are orange, others are black;
#include <Dhcp.h>
#include <Dns.h>
#include <Ethernet.h> Orange "Ethernet"
#include <EthernetClient.h> Orange "EthernetClient"
#include <EthernetServer.h> Orange "EthernetUdp"
#include <EthernetUdp.h>
#include <util.h>
All other lines are black.
I would really appreciate some help here.
Thank you
Zeljko
