Arduino 1.5.7 - Missing tools (Mac)

I just received my first Arduino board and I did the blink tutorial. Everything went alright but I couldn't find the stop button. I did some research and I found that there should be those buttons in the program:

I'm using the Arduino 1.5.7 for Mac OS.

Arduino 1.5.x is for the Arduino DUE. For regular Arduinos use V1.0.5.

I just downloaded the 1.0.5 version and there is not stop button. Is there any way to pause/stop/reset the arduino?

To reset the Arduino, press the Reset button on the Arduino.

To stop the Arduino, remove power.
