Arduino 1.6.8 - no usb found

On using the avrisp mk2 programmer i am getting this message.

i have the same issue with IDE 1.6.5 and also using Winavr Programmers Notepad

avrdude: usbdev_open(): did not find any USB device "usb"

OS is win7 and i have Studio7 installed - the avrisp mk2 has the Jundo driver assigned in device manager.

There seems to be a conflict between the jungo and libusb drivers - is there a solution without uninstalling Studio7?

Arduino IDE is not compatible with the jungo driver but you may also encounter this error even when you are using the correct driver. See http://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=345838 for details and workarounds.
