I upgraded from 1.8.9 to 1.8.12 on Linux Mint 19 64-bit and there is no more upload baudrate menu in the tools menu in the Arduino IDE. How does this work now ? I want to be sure it is set on the highest possible upload baudrate but I can't control that anymore.
Which board do you have selected from the Tools > Board menu?
thanks I found out my stupid error. I had been using esp32 so long in the board selection that I forgot that using the Arduino Nano there has never been an upload baudrate setting ! you can remove/close the topic if you like !
I'm glad to hear you found the reason. Thanks for taking the time to post an update.
