This problem was presented before for 1.8.10, but the thread is closed. I have a Mega 2560 with a Ramps 1.4 shield. I get the error message for 1.8.13. The Board info window says BN: Unknown Board VID: 1A86 PID: 7523 SN: UPload any sketch to obtain it

Arduino: 1.8.13 (Mac OS X), Board: "Error compiling Arduino Mega or Mega 2560"
