Arduino 1010 MKR WiFi not detectd

I have Arduino 1010 which were working just fine. During a class one student I think accidentally inserted ground pin to VCC. Now the orange charging pin is turns on but super low, not it used to be. The Arduino is not detected by any cable. What can be the reason and solution?

As I understood It is not even doing restarts by the button. I cant even restart it by reset pin. It supposed to stack somewhere.

If your board is not hadware damaged, reflash bootloader following the comment by @pert at Arduino MKR WIFI 1010 boot
