Analogue video capture is not suited to just about any flavour of Arduino.Maybe if you told us what you want to do, not how you think it should be done, better help cold be offered.
i want to do like that
first i want some way to put an 2.4ghz on the arduino to capture the video and takes photos from it(idk analog on digtal) but i want to get photos from the video
after that install the 3g module and make it send the photos
