just bought one it does not detect under windows 32bit or 64 bit via the usb cable windows does not see it at all have i been ripped off read all the guides and nothing on one that does not detect or come up in devise manager!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you tried a different cable? Does the cable you are using work with other USB devices?
