Can I use an Arduino 4 Relays Shield (A000110) to drive an AC charge? The documentation about the relay shield is not clear.

Max rated voltage of the relays is not the same as max rated voltage of the shield.
I would NOT use a shield for mains power.
Datasheet of the shield states max 48volt (which is about the safe limit for exposed parts).
