Arduino 7 inch tft lcd?

i have found an old dvd player with a 7 inch tft lcd display inside ive taken it apart and i now have the lcd to play with is it possible to output text to this display or similar?
it says on the back(which i believe is the serial number) HSD070I65I
i do still have the motherboard for the lcd display but i dont think the av-in port works anymore

Without knowing what the driver board is, or what signals it takes, it's impossible to say.

Chances are you will have to generate some kind of video signal. It might take a PAL or NTSC signal, in which case the TVout library might work. If you can't get any detail on that driver board it might be more worth while looking into creating your own driver board using a TFT driver chip that you can get details on. Also, there are microcontrollers specifically designed for directly driving TFT displays, which might be a better option.

What's more you'll need the original board for the CCFL high-voltage supply for the backlight.
Googling the part number on the driver chip on the PCB will perhaps reveal something about
the display.

In general only the smaller TFT displays have frame buffers and a programmatic interface,
320 x 480 or below. Above that the usual scheme is one of many flavours of analog or
digital video interfaces.

The driver board is a E193079
i cant get underneath the board to see whats under but the main chip is a AR05CA-LF
on the ribbon cable there are multiple colors(not going to list them) but will some of this information help in any way?
Here are some higher quality Photos(sorry for large size)

Well google seems to draw a blank on that part...
