Arduino adaptation for display on arduino uno and ili9486 display

Hello, I have found this video about a menu for arduino and a display.

I have an arduino uno,
a TFT LCD 3.5" ILI9486 display not tactile: http://www.lcdwiki.com/3.5inch_Arduino_Display-UNO
a ky-040 encoder: KY-040 Module encodeur rotatif - SensorKit

Do you think that i can do this menu with my component? I searched a lot but everytime i am not sure if its possible. Also if you have tips or library i can use i will apreciate. Thanks you

I do not see why you would not be able to do any GUI that you like with, perhaps, some extra parts and necessary programming. It will not be trivial, and there are libraries that can help.

Choose a display first. The display (2 numeric digits) could be anything frm 2 hard wired 7 segment LEDs to a large color graphic display..
