Arduino alarm clock with tone and light

Hi,

I want to make small project with using arduino.

control the LED and buzzer using the arduino.
so

I want to Light the LED and ringing the buzzer in a specific hours in the device according to the computer clock.

e.g. at 9 o'clock light and tone in the same time just for 20 second then stop.
then for example light and tone at 11 again.

I also need to use capacitive weight sensor with the arduion.

Anyone can help me?

Hi,
I'm new in arduino and I didnt start yet also this is the first time to use it.
I found this tutorial its like what i want put its complected because I just want light and buzzer control with the alarm clock

The capacitive weight sensor which i need to use it is Wight and send message so

if there is something to Wight it say yes in its empty say no
