Arduino an error occurred while starting the application

So, i've been using Arduino for a while without any trouble.

Yesterday it went down on me tough, it keeps giving me an error when trying to start the program.
"Arduino an error occurred while starting the application"

So, I've been looking all over the forums for answers to my problem. I tried deleting prefrences, reinstalling, installing the enhanched version and what not. Nothing helps.

Then today I discovered something that boggled my mind.
In users>my documents>arduino> There is only one folder, called Libraries. This folder contains another folder called Libraries, which contain another folder called libraries - and all in all there is around 20 libraries folder inside of eachother. What's up with that?

I tried deleting it, but i can't - the filepath is too long. I tried going all the way down to the root, where the drivers for ISD1700 is located. Tried deleting that, didnt work, still too long a file path. Then i tried moving it - Windows Security pop'd up and told me that the file could be dangerous to my system. Even though Microsoft Security warned me, I moved it anyways. But it just wont move, it keeps hanging around in the nest of libraries.

Anybody with related issues? And could this be the cause for my Arduino not starting up?

Thanks in advance,

Tasuit
