Arduino analong pins updating automatically over ethernet?

Hello, I'm running the example sketch analog pins over the ethernet using the wiznet 5500. I'm trying to get it to automatically refresh without having to refresh the webpage. Does anyone know of a way I can do this? I have been trying and looking all over but nothing.

That refreshes the whole page what I'm trying to advoid because of other things on the page. I just want to update information of the ananlog pins.
