Arduino and Ardublock - doesn't work

I am trying to get this tool working for my son to do a school project.

But it just doesn't work - it won't upload to the arduino despite the fact that we can upload a sketch directly from the Arduino IDE.

In the status window of the Arduino IDE we are just getting upload errors, the same as you would get if you selected an incorrect board type or com port.

So does anyone know how to make this tool work properly?

I just checked the Ardublock website, it stopped working somewhere around 1.8, known to work with 1.6.5.

No Upload from Ardublock into Arduino IDE or to Arduino Uno

This is the most up-to-date info I can find. Seems to be 1.6.11

Well yes, most Websites supporting products, just like this one, have either forums or some other means of asking questions.

There was a question, on the Ardublock Website, about the problem the OP was experiencing, it did not take long to find.
