hello For my project of Arduino I need to install a module Bluetooth HC-06 and a buzzer and connected whit the cell phone and when the cell phone is far from the Arduino the buzzer starts to sound and when is near the buzzer stop the noise

How will your arduino know how close the phone is?

Has whoever has given you this project to complete (homework maybe?) revealed whether this project can be made to work ?

No this was an idea initiative to the fair of the university
I got it. You can trigger a buzzer when the BT is out of range. Possibly limit the range by power or antenna to limit the distance. I've had HC-05 link reliably beyond 100 ft.
