Arduino and Industry

Hi, How Arduino will help me in Industrial Automation learning?
Or What is the difference between Arduino and PLC

There are 10s of thousands of hits on Google.

generally speaking:
an Arduino can be used as a PLC.
a PLC cannot be used as an Arduino

Generally speaking, this forum is where you should come after you've done some research and need help or clarification.

So far both of your threads show that you've started here with little to no research.

People here are very helpful and many will bend over backwards to help you fix a problem, but you should help them by helping yourself first.

That's just the way I read the winds here, though.

I think OP is asking Arduino staff

There are "problems" when one try to use Arduino, Raspberry Pi and similar things in the industry. Things like;
-Assurance of supply (will it will last your product life and support period?.
-Regulations... regulations must be fullfilled by your product and you will become responsible if Arduino does not accomplish them (RoHS, RFI, etc).
-Software ownership related issues if you use public domain applications.
-Some components may not be allowed to be used in critical applications like heatlh, safety, atomic, weapons, or exported to certain countries,... be careful.
Arduino and RPI have "professional" versions of hardware that are supossed to accomplish these industry requirements. D'ont use other versions of Arduino for production, only the professional, but first double check with Arduino that they will provide parts and support during your product life cycle (and get that in written).
