Arduino and IR for objects counter

Hello everyone, please pardon my bad English.
I work in textile company and one of my jobs is to receive accessories (buttons) and other similar items.
It's very hard for me to count 10000 buttons,which needs to counted with +-5.
I wanted to make some counter which could help me.

So what i have is Arduino UNO + Laser sensor module + Laser Sensor Module non-modula​tor Tube Laser Receiver and one ultrasonic sensor (if needed).

I attached pictures of module's in attachments.
If someone can help me, maybe i could pay him.

Many people manufacture parts counters. Maybe you could get some ideas by looking here.

Counting's easy, the challenge is correctly sensing.
