Arduino and Linux

Good day (or night),

I'm new to the arduino but not to MCU's and programming.

Yet, I have not come across webpages that show a full design and prototype cycle for the the arduino.
Preferably a site that shows ALL the ways to program an Arduino so I can tap in on the experience of that user.

I do so myself for several things:

Go to avrfreaks, the oficial atmel forum for avr's, there is a lot of knowledge there, but they only use asm and c..
