arduino and mobile display

Hi All,

I want to develop a display that with cast the mobile and have some basic function like accepting calls and texting through the display and it will have two bluetooth one will connect through the display and other with the bluetooth headset, being a beginner i don't know how to start, what are the things that i need to do. Can you please help me in setting up my idea?

I would start with the Foundations and Built-in examples here. I don't think yours is a beginner project
