Arduino as ISP signature problem?

Hi all,

I'm currently in the middle of a project in which I've made a pcb equipped with a Atmega328-AU. Unfortunattely I'm not able to burn a bootloader on my chip, I'm using an arduino UNO to do so. The error message I get is:
"avrdude: Yikes! Invalid device signature.
Double check connections and try again, or use -F to override
this check."

Though, I checked my connections multiple times. I guess it has to do with the signature bytes of the 328-au?

Any suggestions on how to solve this are welcome!
