this is what happend to arduino IDE. now im confused.did it begin burning my atmega328 and in half burning it stoped or what have i to do :~ .

Start Task Manager. Navigate to the Processes tab. If avrdude is in the list, select it and click End Process. Repeat for all avrdude instances.
In the Arduino IDE, click File then Preferences. Ensure Show verbose output during / upload is checked. Click OK. Click Tools then Programmer then Arduino as ISP. Click Tools then Burn Bootloader. Reply with the contents of the Status Window (bottom part of the Arduino IDE).

Disconnect it from the reset pin / disable auto-reset.
