Arduino as ISP?

Is it possible to use a Uno as ISP to program a pro-mini using the web-based arduino create?
This is how I program my pro-minis using the regular IDE. You have to select 'Arduino as programmer' in the tools menu - but I can not find a similar option in the web IDE.

You might want to add that to the wishlist thread as other boards and such are a common request.
