Arduino as PHP server

I cant figure it out and i cant find something on this topic... is it possible to make Arduino to act as PHP server? I need to access address something like 192.168.1.177/address.php - hosted by arduino.

i managed to send desired text but i need that /address.php to be there.

Is the site on that link running on an Arduino, or is this just spam?
