hi, i would like to buit a personal project... i m thinking about {tft display}+{arduino naked mega}+{bluetooth}= {smartwatch}/ where smarthwatch = i can answer to the calls i receive in real time ... is it possible ? can anyone guide me ? a bit ... i m a biginner...

Not really.
It's possible, but your thoughts should start with how this thing would look and feel. You might conclude that there are better things you can do with Arduino, but I can't see how you would need a Mega for this, so maybe that would help.
