You could ask the forum moderators to create an Indonesian section under the international section.
There aren't any plans to add additional language categories. They are only useful in the case where there is a sufficient number of helpers who monitor the category. When that is not the case, the category would actually be harmful because it entices people to create a topic in a place where they are unlikely to receive high quality assistance.
Although English is recommended, it is OK to use other languages outside the International category as long as we don't have a dedicated category for that language in case the user prefers to communicate in their native language.
