Lads , i plan to implement an Overcurrent protection for three phase induction motor . As it known that in three phase induction motor , when it starts the No load current will 5 or 6 times the rated current , and afterwards the current drops to rated value so that motor runs in a rated power . But due to some faults in the motor , Motor draws Overcurrent ideally 20% more the rated current which will burn the machine .
so we have three phases R , Y , B . three acs712 goes into each unit for measuring line current . Can somebody explain how exactly does this circuitry has to developed so it could be done feasibly and a good program logic for it ?
