Hi,
Your B100K is a linear taper 100K potentiometer, so the rotation/resistance will be linear.
Where did you get the circuit diagram in post #21.

Here's the paper I've been following to build this.
Thank you Tom!
Hello All,
I have built most of the potentiostat circuit but I have a few concerns-
I've been told that the potentiometer connections are supposed to be made to only one set of pins but how the pins themselves are connected is not clear from the circuit diagram.
The 3.3V and 5V connections- do these plug into the arduino directly? There's two 3.3V connections, do I use a jumper wire to connect those and then plug then into the arduino?
How do I connect the batteries and where do the inputs go?
4)After connecting the arduino, how do I troubleshoot the code and run it to acquire data?
Wrong jumpers, they are good for low number of components.
For jumpers on board use 22 AWG wire.

Your jumpers are ok for connection board with arduino,
follow post #16, you need 3 power rails +, -, common = ground.
You can use 5V and 3.3V from arduino and two 9V batteries.

what that means ?
!

Post #24
GDN = V mid = ground
Output = pin #6 of OP07
Vcc+ = +9V
Vcc- = -9V
Good luck. I see a lot of antennas on the proto board. Op Amps are very high gain amplifiers so I doubt that results will be repeatable.

Potentiometer in wrong place, should be similar to PO 07 position, 1 set pins upper row second one on lower row
