I am planning on making a project, Arduino webradio but i dont own an mp3 decoder. I want to ask this, is it possible to just fetch data from webradio server and then transmit via bluetooth to a bluetooth speaker? As far as i know it does mp3 decoding too.

That would surprise me... I don't know much about Bluetooth, but there are some Bluetooth audio standards and I've never heard that MP3 was one of them.
And unless you are the broadcaster/transmitter, MP3 is not the only compression standard used.
