I'm looking for a Arduino solution that has battery life and 4g or 3g (gprs) internet connection.

Does this product exist?

Do you want to buy a completed product, or make one?

There are plenty of tutorials on line for making them.

There are many GPS and GPRS shields. But those are powered by AC-DC adapters.
