Arduino BLE library

Hi, I have a couple questions regarding the BLE on Arduino

  1. Is it possible to connect one central to multiple peripherals?
  2. Can a peripheral send data to other peripherals?
  3. can a peripheral be a central to another peripherals?
  4. How many devices can be connected to the BLE with each other and send data simultaneously?

Any help would be appreciated,
