Arduino Bluetooth micro-controller

I am fairly new to this Arduino platform.
As I uderstood Arduino UNO Rev3 is kind of a base to which several shields can be stacked and one of which is this bluetooth shield (see the link below)

I couldnt locate this shield in arduino website

    As far as I can comprehend, this is a micro controller in itself like UNO R3, but I cant locate this in amazon for instance for making a purchase!
    Now. I am not sure, if this is a shield or a base by itself like Uno R3.
    I am seeking to know if I can buy this Arduino Bluetooth (BT) alone and if it works that way or I have to buy a UNO R3 along with a BT shield? In either case, please send me a link for an online store, which ships to Sweden.

Arduino is an open platform, not everything is made by the original Arduino people.

That's an Arduino Uno with built-in bluetooth. I don't think it's available any more.

You can buy a shield, or just get a bluetooth module: arduino bluetooth module for sale | eBay
