Arduino Bluetooth score counter

Hi have a circuit with two 4026's for two 7-segment displays. In the circuit I have also used a 555 timer but possibly replacing that with a genie C20. To activate the circuit there is a ptm switch. This produces a pulse to increase the counter. when the display reaches 09 it will automatically go to 10. I was wondering if there was a way to replace my two switches, to allow Bluetooth conductivity between my phone and the counter?

Did you have an Arduino question?

To activate the circuit there is a ptm switch. This produces a pulse to increase the counter.

The switch does not produce a pulse. It allows, or does not allow, current to flow. Something else is making the current available.

The Arduino MIGHT be able to provide the current, IF the current requirements, and voltage, are appropriate. It can turn the current flow on and off, as required.

I was wondering if there was a way to replace my two switches

The ptm switch and what other switch?
