Arduino board do not want`s to connect! Is it the cable IUC 6000?

Hi, i´m new to Arduino, and had installed every thing needed. But the connection with the Arduino failed.

That's the code: Could not create gdb-server-console. Will use old style console. Please report this problem. Error: listen EADDRINUSE: address already in use 127.0.0.1:55878

Do you have an idea?

There is something on your network with that address, probably your router. Change it to 127.0.0.24 and see what happens, if you get the same error try a few different addresses.
