I have a Arduino Uno Which I used to program Using ICSP port as a result it does not program using USB port. So I need to reprogram Arduino boot loader on it. So please advice to upload Arduino boot loader using atmel Studio 7

All you need is the hex file. Just connect board to ISP programmer, select correct board and programmer from tools menu and do tools -> burn bootloader
