arduino box design for outdoor?

Hi

I want to use my arduino project outdoor, where I can order customized box for it?
or is there any be better option?

Depending on the material and manufacturing process, custom enclosures are quite expensive. If you need one box, probably a 3D printing service would be the cheapest, but I'm not sure about the quality of the materials you can get.
Injection molding is usually used for plastic boxes, but initial cost for the tools is quite high and setting up the production is usually done for tens or hundreds of thousands of units.
You could probably find a machine shop that would be able to make it out of sheet metal, if the shape of the box you want is doable.

The most reasonable way is to go to ebay and find an existing box and modify it to your needs.

What about an Otterbox? Not customised for Arduino though....

www.polycase.com, very good boxes.
Use a 'gland' to keep water out of the hole where your wires go in & out (if not totally enclosed).

I have the cicuit at the moment on a breadboard thinking to convert to PCB.

Here in the States, we can buy a weather proof box at almost any hardware store. aluminum or plastic. often have screw connections to allow using conduit or glands for wires coming in. also usually have feet to allow mounting without putting any holes in the enclosure.

will seal the unit at the tread connection to the box, and then seal around the cable. they come in many sizes or wire gripping.
