I'd like to be able to use the screen as a sort of secondary display - ideally like a widgets-display.
If that's not an option, what's the best candidate out there in regards of a basic LCD-screen that's easy to connect to the board?
You won't get any screen like graphics on the LCD displays you can attach to the Arduino, even for low resolution there is too much data involved. Do some sums and work it out.
