arduino bt please please please please please help

im having alot of trouble trying to upload a sketch to the arduino bt

here is my error message..

user configuration file ? ive looked in this directory and there is no file there / or its hidden or something.

I know this might be a simple error , as im new to arduino and help would be very appreciated.

I don't know what might be causing that, but some info you can provide that might give a clue: Has it worked in the past? Are you using the Arduino IDE? Are you able to test your bluetooth dongle with another device to ensure it works? Does the arduino have power?

Your Arduino is not resetting itself. Press and hold the reset button until about 1 (or 2) seconds after the message about how big the sketch is appears, after pressing upload.
