Arduino Button press to key press

Hi,

I'm trying to make it so that when I press the button on my Arduino board it would simulate an "enter" key press on the keyboard?
Does anyone know how I would go about this?

Which Arduino? Some have the capability natively, others need a program running on the computer to accommodate.

Is there another board that has built in functions?
