I don't know what happened... Arduino ran fine last time I used it. Today I tried opening it and got this message
"Arduino cannot run because it could not create a folder to store your settings."
I have Arduino 022, arduino 1.0 and processing installed in my system.... all three stopped working and give me the same error message.
I checked the preferences.txt file in
C:/users/fxmech/appData/Arduino
reads:

I do have a folder called C:/users/fxmech/My Documents/Arduino
and my sketches are in there...
User fxmech is the administrator (and only) user on this windows 7 PC....
Any ideas??? I tried re uploading Arduino 1.0 and installing it in a new folder for that one gave me the same error message....
